GConnect is an outsourcing company with many years of experience in the area of its business activity. Supporting the stable customer relationships, we provide services in the IT sector and in various office works. Our principal places of business are situated in Switzerland and in Ukraine (Dnipro) where all activities are carried out in our own office buildings.

GConnect was founded in 1993 in Switzerland and for the last 15 years, the team has grown to over 35 employees engaged primarily in Ukraine.

The name GConnect originates from the words ‘Group‘ and ‘Connect‘ and customers from Switzerland with employees in Ukraine have fused into one community.

Our Story

1993
GConnect was founded in Switzerland with two employees. There were services in local networks, PC applications and the first web applications.
1996
GConnect has become known as Internet and homepages service provider. This year Zurich Insurance goes online via the Internet as the direct insurer. We develop and host numerous websites from the beginning for many years.
2001
Scientific.Net, one of the largest scientific platforms in the area of material research, goes online with all its data. To date GConnect is the service provider for Scientific.Net. The services include software development, web design and different office work, from proof reading to scientific reviews.
2005
GConnect puts down roots in Ukraine in cooperation with a local company.
2008
GConnect becomes independent in Ukraine in its own offices. The number of employees increases to 20 employees, more than half of them are Microsoft Software developers.
2012
The growth and many new projects lead to further professionalization. The processes are defined anew, SCRUM is implemented, the employees are certified by Microsoft and we become a Microsoft Silver Partner.
2013
In order to create the best possible atmosphere for the employees, GConnect buys in Dnipro the office building ‘Alexander Pol’ that is perfectly located in the university district.
2014
To meet the growing and more intense customer relationships, we integrate an additional integration level of teams in Switzerland with Ukraine. With the help of Jira as collaboration tool the works become significantly more transparent and comprehensible. Our customers have deep insights into what is going on and can influence the project as much as possible.
2018
GConnect becomes Microsoft Gold Application Development Partner. The quality assurance team is expanded and gets its own independent department.
2020
GConnect becomes Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and CRAYON partner.
And becomes Microsoft Gold Application Integration Partner.
2021
Migrated all projects to Azure.
GConnect becomes Microsoft Silver Cloud Platform Partner and Acronis Partner.
